We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly. BarTrack therefore processes these carefully and in compliance with the provisions set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. In this Privacy Statement, BarTrack informs you about how BarTrack processes your personal data and how you can change or object to it. This Privacy Statement only relates to the services offered by BarTrack on BarTrack.

BarTrack is a product of BartTrack B.V. BarTrack has its registered office and place of business in The Hague (2514EJ) at Lange Voorhout 92, hereinafter referred to as "BarTrack".

ARTICLE 1 EXPLANATION OF PERSONAL DATA AND SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR ITS PROCESSING

Purpose: 
By visiting the BarTrack website, you agree to this Privacy Statement and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Statement. BarTrack uses your data for various purposes. Below you can see which purposes they are. We use data received from you as well as data collected by us. For example, data about your visit to our website. Below is an overview of personal data that may be processed by BarTrack.


1. Contact website:
Your data will be collected if you contact BarTrack. However, the contact forms only ask for the necessary data to be able to answer your question or offer you a service. We therefore ask for the following data:

  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Your question or wish

2. Quotations and orders:
As soon as we receive an order or send an offer, we collect the personal data below in our financial records. We ask for the following personal data there:

  • Contact name
  • Company
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Billing details


3. Sending newsletters:
We collect and process personal data to inform you through a newsletter. These newsletters are aimed at knowledge sharing and covering trends, trips and tricks. At the bottom of each newsletter you will find the option to unsubscribe and amend your personal data. Through the subscription form, the following personal data are stored:

  • Name
  • E-mail address

4. Other purposes.
BarTrack may use your data for other purposes, as specifically described when collecting your data.
Data of business customers, partners or (their) contact persons are used and processed in the same way as those of private customers. If it is data of individuals, BarTrack treats this data in the same way as that of other customers of BarTrack

ARTICLE 2 TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

BarTrack will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless:
(a) The transfer is made to a third party engaged by BarTrack for the purposes listed in this Privacy Statement, with which third parties BarTrack has entered into an agreement that stipulates how this Cooperation Partner will handle your personal data in a responsible manner;
(b) BarTrack is required by law to pass on personal data to competent authorities.

ARTICLE 3 SECURITY OF DATA

BarTrack uses - to the extent that it may be required to do so - appropriate technical and organisational security procedures, inter alia to ensure that unauthorised persons are not given access to your data and to prevent the loss, unlawful use or modification of the information received by BarTrack.


ARTICLE 4 AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATION OF YOUR DATA

You can request access to your personal data that we process at any time. You can also request to have your data changed or deleted. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@BarTrack.nl


ARTICLE 5 COOKIES

It is possible that BarTrack uses first party session cookies during a running session. In principle, these cookies are functional in nature. To refuse all cookies or to be informed every time your computer receives a cookie, the "help" function on the toolbar of your computer's browser can be used to change your computer's settings. Some functions on BarTrack may no longer work if your computer cannot receive cookies.


ARTICLE 6 LIABILITY BARTRACK

BarTrack has no control over the possible use by third parties of your personal data. This Privacy Statement only covers the personal data that BarTrack processes for the benefit of BarTrack. BarTrack does not accept any responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) third-party websites or services.


ARTICLE 7 RETENTION PERIOD

BarTrack retains personal data for a period of 12 months after your last visit to BarTrack, unless BarTrack is obliged under a statutory provision to retain personal data longer.


ARTICLE 8 MODIFICATION OF PRIVACY STATEMENT

BarTrack reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement. Any amendment will be announced via BarTrack. By using BarTrack after amendments, you agree to any amended Privacy Statement.
